My family's passion for real estate and looking for a home myself ignited my interest in the real estate market.

I have been a resident of South West Florida for over twenty years. Formerly a Maine native, I owned a commercial roofing business and my wife taught school in the greater Portland area. We both had a passion for real estate and bought, remodeled, designed, and built homes. Spending vacations in Florida, I became interested in the South West Florida real estate and purchased an older home on the intra-coastal waterway in Cape Haze. After retiring, my wife and I sold our Maine properties and put all of our talent and energies into bringing our home up to its potential.
